I'm Chinika Snyder — and I'm not a travel blogger or a relocation agency. I'm a Black woman who actually packed up her life and moved to Portugal. I know what it takes, and I'm here to help you do it too.

When I started researching Portugal, I couldn't find what I actually needed — the real talk. Not the glossy Instagram version. Not the retirement-age expat forums. I needed someone who looked like me, thought like me, and had done what I was dreaming of doing.
So I became that person. I navigated the visa paperwork, found my people, learned to love slow Sunday mornings with strong coffee, and figured out how to actually build a life here — not just visit one.
